Through my competitive history I have met some of the most incredible athletes, witnessed some incredible feats of strength and some of these people happen to be our athletes who we support.
Our team consists of all time British record holding powerlifters with 442.5kg squats & 280kg raw benches as well as the British total record holder.
We have a number of strongman on our team from u90 strongmen to veteran, past WSM competitors.
Bodybuilding is a big part of the 1 Source Team with IFBB pros & future IFBB pros in bikini & open bodybuilding in our midst as well as some of the best coaches.
