Each tub contains 40/20 servings dependant on 1 or 2 scoops. 

Directions for use: Please consider your own tolerance levels prior to use. We recommend taking 1 scoop (10.8g) mixed with 250ml of water 20–30 minutes prior to training if new to stimulants. Advanced users may benefit from taking two scoops (21.7g). 
be advised, increased water intake around training could also benefit the experience offered with Glycersize.

Directions for use; Optimal results will be achieved using 2 scoops (20.5g serving) with 500-600ml of water, approximately 25-35 mins before training. This slightly extended time is to allow arginine levels to rise in the blood once L Citrulline is absorbed. Although, after 10-15 minutes, you will feel the surge of nootropics hit and want to get going! Good focus, pumps and results will still be achieved on half servings.
